My role goes beyond simple advice; I’m here to offer genuine, hands-on assistance in both business operations and people management. I’m passionate about helping you get organized, implement effective time management strategies, and build a strong, capable team.

I’ve had the privilege of being the driving force behind some of Silicon Valley’s most successful startup founders and executives. My expertise lies in establishing operational excellence and cultivating a thriving company culture. You could say I’m a bit of a Silicon Valley Swiss Army Knife.
Originally from Northern CA, I started my own firm shortly after college and enjoyed several years of success until Uncle Sam entered the chat. He brought his best friends – ‘Regulation’ and ‘Multi-National Corporations’, who both had an appetite for my clients. So I found myself back at square one. But if there’s one thing I’m good at, it’s reinvention.
I moved to Silicon Valley and set up shop in the land of unicorns and disruptors where I became a partner and support system for pioneering founders. My years in the startup ecosystem allowed me to dip into the secret sauce, see what makes them tick, and spot when they’re about to trip over their shoelaces.
With this kaleidoscope of experiences under my belt my aim is to share this wealth of knowledge, act as a beacon in the complex business landscape, and illuminate the way for others.

On a personal note
When I’m not working with the next generation of founders, you’ll find me hiking in Mother Nature’s playground, tending to my garden, or engaged in a philosophical debate with the golf ball.
And like any self-respecting entrepreneur, I’ve got a buffet of side hustles simmering on the back burner, ready to soak up my surplus of creativity. Ranging from refinishing furniture and crafting jewelry to designing floral arrangements and making candles.
Currently, I’m playing mad scientist with my organic aromatherapy line – mixing and testing, all very hush-hush! But don’t worry, you’ll get a whiff of it in 2025!
